Kerri confirms your dates first and sends you the total, with cleaning and New Hampshire's 8.5% rooms tax included. Then pay whichever way is easiest for you. No booking fees are added.
Venmo
Send to @Kerri-McCauley (Kerri McCauley) and put the home name and your dates in the note.
Open VenmoVenmo charges you a 3% fee if you send with a credit card. Sending from your Venmo balance, bank account or debit card is free.
PayPal
Send to @kerrimccauley (kerri mccauley) in PayPal and put the home name and your dates in the note.
Open PayPalPlease add 3% to your total when you pay with PayPal. It covers the fee PayPal charges on each payment.
Check
Mail a check for your total. Kerri sends you the mailing address and who to make it out to when she confirms your dates.
Your dates are held once Kerri receives your check.

- Paying for a stay you haven't booked yet? Send a booking request first so Kerri can confirm the dates: booking request.
- Damage deposit: each home lists its refundable deposit ($250 or $500). Kerri returns it within two weeks after checkout when the home is left in the same condition.
- Cancellations: Cancel 90 days or more before arrival for a full refund. From 89 to 30 days before arrival, 75% of the rent is refunded. From 29 days out, the rent is not refunded unless there is an emergency. The damage deposit and cleaning fee are refunded either way.
